1. Difference between Unity and Uniformity

1A Uniformity is everyone looking the same; 1B Unity is everyone looking to accomplish the same God-glorifying objective
1Cor 1:10 all speak the same thing, no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

2. Difference between Forgiveness vs Fellowship
2A We forgive as we've been forgiven to free ourselves from anger?bitterness and foster our relationships with  God and man.
Mt 6:12 forgive us our debts as we also forgive our debtors. Col 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another...even as Christ forgave you, so also must you.    Lk 23:34 Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.
Mt 6:14 if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; 15 but if you do not forgive men...neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. 18:34 his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him. 35 So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses
Lk 17:3 Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents (change mind/heart) forgive him. 7x

2B fellowshipis having in common/sharing the life, purposes, objectives, and actions of Christ as we walk together in the light of Truth
1Jn 1:3 seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ Jn 15 words abide Vine  4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1Pt 1:22 sanctify by obeying...love
Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? 2Cor 6:14...what fellowship has light with darkness?

3. Difference between Spirit-Led Submission and Accountability
The HS convicts of sin, righteousness, and judgment Jn 16:8; sanctifies by guiding into all Truth Jn 14:26 and crucifying the flesh Rm 8:14; empowers by grace Eph 3:16-17. Reflecting and praying Jn 15 results in abiding and fruitGal 5.Word dwells in richly Gal 3:16 teach others

3A. Submission, a result of being filled with the Spirit, is lining up with/under other believers in trust, dependence, and unity to glorify God
Eph 5:7 do not be partakers with them. 8 you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light 9 (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth), 10 proving what is pleasing to the Lord. 11  have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another; psalms...in you heart; 20 giving thanks for all things 21 submitting yourselves to one another in the fear of God. 1Pt 5:1-5 elders & one another; Js 4:7 God; Rm 13; 1Pt 2:13 gov't

Col 3:16 Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and exhorting one another; psalms...grace in your hearts 17 do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father through Him.

3B. Purpose of Authority is for building up the Body and its Members to do God's will, and a function of being in step with the Spirit/Word
2Cor 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.  7 Do you look at things according to the outward appearance? If anyone is convinced in himself that he is Christ's, let him again consider this in himself, that just as he is Christ's, even so we are Christ's. 8 For even if I should boast somewhat more about our authority, which the Lord gave us for edification and not for your destruction, I shall not be ashamed
Mk 10 42  rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 43 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. 44 desires to be first shall be slave of all
Heb 13:7 Call to mind those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct  1Cor 11:1 17 Be persuaded about those that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls(Mk 8:37 exchange of mind/will/emotions/actions), as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you. 1Cor 16:15 they have devoted themselves to the ministry of the saints 16 that you also submit to such, and to everyone who works and labors with us

3C. Counsel is asking for help in discerning and doing God's will  Ps 119:24 Your testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.

3D. Accountability asking for help in doing Gods will in preparation for future judgment. Rm 12:36; 14:12; Heb 4:13; Jer 17:10
1Tim 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
Rm 14:10 But why do you judge your brother? or why do you show contempt for you brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 2 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. 1Cor 2:1-15; 4:1-5; Mt 7:1-6
